"Please can I go outside Mummy?" The lockdown life of Alfie

This artwork is inspired by my Nephew Alfie, Frankie his pet dog and recent events. During the Covid19 lockdown Alfie would watch Frankie play outside in their garden. Native Australian animals would venture into many suburban backyards to seek shelter from the bushfires.
