I imagined speaking with my younger selves. We are having an awkward family picture.
Grays and Blues represent different phases of depression. Broken hearts show abuse/trauma, healing over time, and scars remain. Art and cooking helped rebuild my self-esteem. Comic elements help de-escalate pain.
