COMMENT
This came from my love of dragons and the sense of wonder that comes with them. Using c01 as a base color and went as dark as 110. Bg09, B32, YR 14, E15, and E44 are the colors of this dragon on wings/spots. Then I used white gel pens and white paint for the highlights on the dragon and the water.
